Systemic Coaching for Expats & International Professionals

  • See patterns, not just problems:

We look at recurring themes, cultural dynamics, and your own strengths – instead of focusing only on difficulties.

  • Strengthen resources:

Activate inner and external resources (resilience, networks, previous successes, unique skills).

  • New perspectives, new solutions:

Experience structured reflection, visual tools, and creative systemic methods (e.g., role mapping, constellation elements) to unlock fresh options for action.

  • Understand your context:

Explore how your current challenges connect with your environment, culture, relationships, and personal history.

Who Benefits?

  • Expats, internationals, multicultural professionals

  • People going through relocation, career transitions, or big life changes

  • Professionals in “in-between” phases (identity, belonging, re-integration)

  • International couples and families

  • Anyone seeking more than advice – looking for systemic clarity and empowered change

How we work together

  1. Free Intro Call (15 min)
We clarify your context, coaching wishes, and possible next steps — completely free and without any commitment.

  2. Systemic Individual Coaching (60 or 90 min)
In English or German, online or in Munich. Each session begins with a check-in: space for whatever’s present, urgent, or important for you right now. Together, we clarify your topic — whether it’s a concrete goal or a vague feeling. We explore your situation in the context of your relationships, roles, and recurring patterns. Practical systemic methods (questions, visualizations, constellation work) open up new perspectives and help you identify your own resources and strengths.

  3. Culturally sensitive, confidential, evidence-based
I bring systemic training, international experience (Ireland, US, Germany), and a warm, professional approach to every session.

  4. Sustainable impact
Every session is designed to deepen self-reflection, activate your strengths, and integrate new insights — for lasting change, not just quick fixes.

About me

I’m Anna, a systemic coach, passionate runner, and experienced consultant. My journey has taken me from Germany to Ireland and the United States, where I’ve not only lived and worked in tech and at consultancies and agencies but also built lasting friendships and deep relationships across cultures. These experiences have shaped who I am and how I coach: open-minded, warm, and genuinely curious about people’s stories.

Anna Hösl Systemic Coach

What shapes my coaching?

  • Sports Mindset: As a lifelong runner and former NCAA scholarship athlete in the US, I know what it means to push limits, start fresh, and find balance — both on and off the track.

  • International Perspective: Living in Ireland and the US taught me how exciting, challenging, and rewarding international transitions can be. I know what it feels like to be new, to adapt, and to grow roots in different places. My coaching is always bilingual (English & German) and sensitive to your cultural context.

  • Professional Experience: I worked with diverse teams and projects, navigating change, complexity, and personal development — both for myself and those around me.

  • Systemic & Science-Based Coaching: I am a systemic coach with ongoing education and professional supervision. My approach is holistic, resource-oriented, and rooted in practical, evidence-based methods.

My approach

  • Warm, clear, and structured — always at your pace.

  • You don’t need a big problem or a fixed goal to start coaching. Sometimes, the wish for clarity, new perspectives, just someone listing or gaining confidence is enough.

  • All sessions are confidential and flexible (online or in Munich), in English or German.
